What is DS - NCCP?

It is the program exclusively for our employees children giving opportunity to choose their careers irrespective of their family's financials and other responsibilities. This program will supports the entire education expenses based on the interest levels of children's decision in choosing their career path as per their interest and talents with the proper guidance.

Why DS - NCCP?

Many talented people not able to achieve their goals of what they actually dreamt about in their childhood, due to compromising themselves for supporting their families, lack of sufficient financial support, lack of proper guidance, lack of awareness how to achieve their dreams, or else fear of parents towards their children's future thinking that no scope of settlement in the fields chosen by their children or to get relive from their responsibilities staying on their shoulders,confusions, lot of question marks and many pressures etc.,

This kind of compromising career also became one of the reasons why India is behind in many fields with quality and qualified people who would be the cause of success and development of India. Again of lack of happy people towards their work.

So, we want to solve this problem as a part of our unique SMART RECRUITMENT strategy's objective called as NO COMPROMISE CAREER PROGRAM.

We are completely aware of the fact this program is not piece of cake but we also believe that definitely it is not an impossible task.

We may be not able to help every kid's dream in our country but at least something better and some one needs to start at some point, we want to start this from our employees. Somewhere the change will happens only if someone starts the something not being idle.
